Celebrate the superstar within you with new makeup products by L’Oréal Paris

This season, L’Oréal Paris has harnessed the expert advice of its top makeup artists to create its first tailor-made collection to bring out the perfect beauty in every woman.

Each product in the Star Secrets Crystals collection is presented in a case decorated with golden stars to celebrate the superstar within each of us.

Two of the collections have been specially designed to enhance Arab beauty, with the different products and colours combining together to flatter the darker eyes, darker hair and fair matt skin of Arab beauties like Rachida Brakni and Afef Jnifen – the icons and L’Oreal Paris ambassadresses who have served as the inspiration for the two colour palettes.

The key focus is on the eyes, with Colour Appeal Trio Star Secret Pro Crystals. Two scintillating trios have been developed in specific shades to create sublime effects with brown and black eyes. The shades contain mother-of-pearl and glitter, with a transparent base to add extra sparkle. Superliner Crystals with added glitter are also available to further enlarge and intensify Arab eye colours.

For the lips there are Color Riche Star Secrets in two colours. Formulated to include Vitamin E and Omega 3, the lipsticks simultaneously moisturise, smooth and soften with all the richness of a beauty treatment.

The master creator behind these palettes is L’Oréal Paris’ world famous makeup artist, James Kaliardos.

L’Oreal Paris Extra-Volume Collagene Mascara

Instant volume for both inside and outside of lashes

Containing hydra-collagene, Extra Volume Collagene by L’Oreal Paris is the first mass market mascara to bring collagene technology to your eyelashes.

Collagene has a long history of use in cosmetic products. Valued for its ability to enhance youthful beauty, collagen has long been used to add volume to lips and to replenish the skin by plumping out wrinkles and facial lines.

Now, L’Oreal Paris has used its skincare expertise in collagen and harnessed its volumising properties to create a mascara that gives instant volume to both the inside and outside of lashes.

Extra-Volume Collagene plumps up lashes on the inside through its Hydra-Collagene Complex. Observed under an optic microscope, the diameter of a lash soaked for 30 seconds in this Hydra-Collagene Complex swells, demonstrating that the lash is instantly thickened.

Volume on the outside is generated through a patented association of innovative structuring and smoothing waxes that allow for sublime, imposing lashes right to the very tip. On top of this, these waxes also give a smooth and even application.

The patented, “Extra-Volume” brush is twice the size of classic mascara brushes.

L'ORÉAL Paris has launched Renewal Lash Serum, a lash booster that gives you more lashes!

Based on a new study by L'ORÉAL Research on the mechanism that determines eyelash life cycles, L'ORÉAL Paris hair care and makeup laboratories entered into a joint collaboration to create an entirely new kind of product that stimulates, strengthens and thickens the lashes.

The serum has to be used twice daily for four weeks for optimum results. During the day, apply the serum then allow it to dry for a few seconds before applying your mascara. At night, apply the serum to bare lashes.

To achieve best results with the Lash Renewal Serum, L'ORÉAL Paris has launched, a two in one eyelash care and mascara designed to give lashes a nourishing boost every day. The new L'ORÉAL Paris Double Extension Mascara with Renewal Serum Inside is the first mascara that combines the Renewal Lash Serum inside a mascara.

This ultra lengthening and intense-black mascara works to visibly lengthen and protect each and every lash.
